Gerry Kerr is the President and CEO of Tuscan, and is a licensed General Contractor in DC, MD, and VA. He is a graduate of Virginia Tech - "Bachelors of Architecture," with concentrations in Building Construction and Construction Management. Gerry is a forward-thinking architect, and the artistic mind behind all of Tuscan's designs and ideas. 

 

With over 50 years of experience in the building and construction industry, Gerry has deep expertise in all types of residential and commercial development projects citywide. Gerry has worked in every facet of the business, and knows exactly the type of due diligence and care necessary to ensure a successful outcome to any project or development.
